Mark Sean Haynes is a NYC based filmmaker, originally from Seattle, Washington. He is currently pursuing an MFA in Directing at Columbia University. Prior to Columbia, Mark wrote and directed several short films and a feature length documentary. His short film, Room 605, premiered at the Orlando Film Festival in 2014. In July of 2015, he began submitting his latest short film, Don’t Act Dumb, to festivals around the world. His next short film, Black and Blue, For You, won the Panavision New Filmmaker Award at the 2015 Columbia Film Festival.
